Cleveland, OH - The Cleveland Division of Police are investigating the following incidents that occurred between June 4-6.

A shooting at 3342 W 30th St. 40yr old male victim of GSW to shoulder and leg, EMS transported to Metro, 49yr old female victim of a GSW graze, refused EMS.

A shooting at W 42nd Pl/Sackett Ave. 35yr old age male victim of GSW to the neck, EMS transported to Metro.

A stabbing at 3630 E 47th St. 37yr old male victim of two stab wounds to the side, private auto transported to Metro.

A fatal Overdose at 17909 Ingleside Rd. 48yr old male victim of possible fatal overdose, evidence on scene.

A shooting at 3418 E 125 St, 21yr old male victim of GSW to the foot, EMS transported to UH.

A shooting at 12908 Arlington Ave, 30yr old female victim of GSW to the back, EMS transported to UH.

Three shootings at 3029 W 117th St. 32yr old male. 30yr old male victim of multiple GSWs, EMS transported to Metro, 28yr old male victim of GSW to the chest, Private auto transported to Metro, 29yr old female suspect victim of two GSWs to the back EMS transported to Metro where she was arrested.

A shooting at 3939 Mt. Hermon Ave25yr old male victim of multiple GSWs, EMS transported to Metro.

A fatal Overdose at 15105 Lotus Dr. 65yr old male victim of fatal overdose, drug history and evidence on scene.

A shooting at 3812 W 129 St, 36yr old male victim of fatal self-inflicted GSW to the face, EMS transported to Metro.

A fatal Overdose at 12316 Matherson Ave. 71yr old male victim of fatal overdose, evidence on scene.

A stabbing at 11420 Buckeye Rd. 26yr old male victim of stab wounds to the back. EMS transported to UH. 36yr old male suspect laceration the hand, private auto to South Pointe and was arrested.

A homicide investigation at 7720 Woodland Ave. 44yr old male victim of fatal GSW to the head. On Saturday, June 5, 2021 at approximately 1113pm officers responded to 7720 Woodland Ave for shot fired. Officer’s arrived on scene and found EMS treating a 44yr old male who sustained a GSW to the head. EMS transported the male to UH where he was pronounced. Members of the Homicide Unit responded for investigation. A person of interest has not been identified. This matter remains under investigation.

A homicide investigation at 4507 Clark Ave. 29yr old male victim of GSW to leg, EMS transported to Metro, 31yr old female victim of fatal GSW to the chest and neck, private auto to Metro. On Sunday, June 6, 2021 at approximately 320am officers responded to 4416 Clark Ave in connection with a shots fired and male shot. Officer’s arrived on scene and found a 29yr old male with multiple GSWs to his lower extremities. EMS was on scene and transported the male to Metro. A 31yr old female was transported by a private auto to Metro. The 31yr old female sustained several GSWs to the neck and chest and was pronounced. A 23yr old male was transported to Metro by EMS with a GSW to the chest. Members of the Homicide Unit responded for investigation. A person of interest has been identified and arrested. This matter remains under investigation.

A shooting at 3130 W 46th St. 23 year old male multiple GSW's, EMS transported to Metro.

A shooting at E 85th St/ST Clair Ave. UH. 21yr old male and a 26yr old male victims of GSWs to the foot, private auto to UH.

A shooting at 2425 St Clair Ave. 20yr old female victim of GSW to the foot, EMS transported to Metro.

A shooting at 10606 Gooding Ave. 19yr old male victim of GSW to the leg, EMS transported to UH.

9105 Cedar Ave. CCF. 38 year old male GSW to right, middle and ring finger. Happened on Wade Park. Private auto to CCF.

A stabbing at 1201 E 185th St. 49 year old male stabbed in the right leg, private auto transported to Richmond Heights Hospital.
