A kind gesture was witnessed by Hallie Cassady and her dad Kyle while they were dining at a Chick-fil-A in Bowling Green, Kentucky. They saw a needy man walk into the restaurant wearing beat-up shoes that were being held together with duct tape and then another guy walked up and offered his own boots to the man.
Hallie snapped a photo of the good samaritan finishing his meal wearing only socks on his feet and Kyle tweeted the image in a post about the act of kindness. He says he feels fortunate his family got to witness the good deed because you always want to set good examples and role models for you kids and they “got to see something that you don’t see everyday.”
