(Lancaster, PA) -- A 17-year-old Lancaster County student has been accused of secretly recording teachers. West Lampeter Township Police say the teen faces third-degree felony charges for allegedly recording teachers while at Lancaster County Career & Technology Center. Police say the recordings were made in classrooms, offices and meeting rooms.
