Department of Development Launches New Webpage to Support Ohio Businesses

(Cleveland, OH) - In an effort to highlight products made in Ohio, the Ohio Department of Development (Development) and TourismOhio are launching a new webpage on Ohio.org to highlight products made in Ohio.

The Made in Ohio page lists nearly 800 companies in categories such as apparel, snack foods, coffee, décor, and furniture.

Development and TourismOhio cultivated the listings and included businesses that make or manufacture products in the state of Ohio and have a storefront and/or website where their products are sold.

Made in Ohio focuses on consumer products across three main categories and 18 subcategories.

Listings link directly to the company website so customers can purchase the products directly from the company. For more information on how to have a company listed on the site, visit Ohio.org/MadeinOhio.

In addition, funding also remains available for small businesses through the four programs: the Food and Beverage Establishment Grant, the Entertainment Venue Grant, the Lodging Grant, and the New Small Business Grant.

More information on the programs as well as the application can be found at InvestingInOhiosFuture.Ohio.gov.
