EASTLAKE, OH - Geraldo Rivera raised $5,350 for Autism Speaks by taking listeners from his show on Newsradio WTAM 1100 in Cleveland out for boat rides on Lake Erie on Friday, June 4th. Rivera said, “We had a great crew and what a great bunch of listeners. Nobody fell overboard and everyone had a great time”! Radio listeners met at restaurant along the Chagrin River in Eastlake, Ohio and donated anywhere from $100 up to $1,000 to ride along on Geraldo’s boat called “Belle”, a 36-foot Hinkley yacht. Rivera added, “21-people got on board to help the developmentally disabled”.
