The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities has suspended the Rose Mary Developmental Disabilities Center in Euclid for being non compliant on several fronts.According to the review; the state found the center to be non compliant in the areas of prescription administration, supervision and money management. The suspension means that the center will not be allowed to admit new patients; although it will remain open. The Rose Mary Center operates under Catholic Charities Health and Human Services  which is a part of the Cleveland Diocese. A statement from the center says that they are working diligently to correct the problems.
