(Knoxville) - Browns owner Jimmy Haslam's Pilot Flying J truck stop company has been hit with another lawsuit.

Cedar Creek, a Georgie trucking company, is the latest to allege Pilot cheated it out of promised rebates.
edar Creek is also planning to depose Haslam as part of the suit. The suit was filed late last week in circuit court in Knoxville, Tennessee where Pilot Flying J is headquartered.

The complaint charges Pilot Flying J secretly reduced rebates promised to Cedar Creek which also operates in Tennessee.
The complaint goes on to say Pilot regularly, purposely and intentionally understated the amount owed to Cedar Creek. A videotaped deposition from Haslam is reportedly scheduled for Oct. 15.  Get breaking news sent to your mobile phone. Text "news" to 21095.
