Courtney Love is once again returning to the business of being a rock star, and once again she's doing it under her own name. The on-again, off-again Hole frontwoman has announced plans to hit the road next month on a brief tour throughout the northeastern U.S. The outing is scheduled to start June 20th in Philadelphia.
Love released her first solo album, America's Sweetheart, back in 2004. That was followed by Nobody's Daughter, which was put out under the Hole moniker in 2010. Courtney also reunited with the original Hole lineup for a one-off performance last year.
Since then she's talked about releasing more solo material, but those new songs have yet to materialize.
Courtney Love's solo tour dates:
6-20 -- Philadelphia, PA - TLA
6-21 -- Boston, MA - House of Blues
6-22 -- Silver Spring, MD - The Fillmore
6-26 -- Brooklyn, NY - Warsaw
6-27 -- Port Chester, NY - Capitol Theatre
